Six more country versions of the Business Process Outsourcing solution are now available.
ADP Employer Services’ presence on the occasion of this year’s Cebit will clearly be focused on ADP GlobalView, the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) solution for the HR sector, based on mySAP ERP HCM (Human Capital Management). The service addresses domestic and multinational companies that would like to outsource administrative HR processes by means of an internationally standardized solution. Right for the Cebit, the solution will be ready for 6 more European countries – Czech Republic, Norway, Italy, Switzerland, Slovakia, and Spain – which makes 15 European countries in total. Focused on IT, the Cebit trade fair will take place from March 9 to 15, 2006 during the Hannover Messe. Visitors can get all information on ADP’s portfolio at stand E.58 in hall 4.
ADP GlobalView with SAP
With GlobalView, ADP, the leading service provider for the HR sector, has worked with its strategic partner SAP to create a service for companies looking for a universally applicable solution for the optimization of processes in the HR BPO domain. The offer combines the BPO services based on ADP’s 60 years of experience and the Best-in-Class system mySAP ERP HCM. The offering unites on a central platform a number of administrative HR tasks such as payroll and company pension scheme and personnel management. Data processing is carried out according to country-specific criteria, such as language and legislation, whereas at the same time the solution allows uniform reporting, which offers senior management direct comparisons of the key figures of all international subsidiaries of the company.
Advantage: quick set-up – not update costs
When implementing ADP GlobalView, the template approach allows quick implementation within 3 to 6 months of a pre-configured application, which is then completed by parameters that are individually defined for each customer. Moreover, the use of ADP GlobalView saves the client the costs of periodic releases and updates. The license fees for all SAP HR-modules are calculated per-payslip.
Since 2000, ADP GlobalView has been successfully used in 13 countries in the Asia/Pacific region. In Europe, the solution is now available in 15 countries, including Germany, France, the UK, Ireland and Austria – world-wide in 31 countries in all. The local service centers provide the service and support. ADP expects to cover the whole European area as well as the Middle East by 2007.
