Anish Rajparia promoted to President, ADP Employer Services International

ADP, global leaders in payroll and human resources outsourcing, have recently promoted Anish Rajparia to the role of President, ADP Employer Services International. In this role, Mr. Rajparia will be responsible for ADP’s businesses in Europe, Asia, and Latin America and will aim to further develop and accelerate growth in this international footprint.

As President of ADP Employer Services Europe, Anish Rajparia has driven the group’s growth in Europe by implementing a number of strategic initiatives, most notably the launch of the ADP Streamline offering intended to serve the small and mid-size entities of multi-national companies and broadening of ADP’s services in Europe to HR, Time, and Payment Disbursement Services. His promotion to President, ES International will position him to accelerate this expansion in other regions of the world.

Strengthened by the experience in management and strategy he gained as President, ES Europe, Anish Rajparia is now tasked as President of ADP ES International to lead its growth strategy by gaining market share in existing markets, expanding the geographic footprint and developing new offerings.

In 2002, Mr. Rajparia joined ADP Employer Services in the U.S. as Vice President, Business Development and was promoted to Senior Vice-President Group Marketing and Strategy in 2003. Later, he became the General Manager of ADP’s Retirement Services business before being promoted to President, Employer Services Europe.

Prior to joining ADP, he co-founded and was the co- CEO of the e-learning company Parlo. He began his professional life at Xerox, serving in various positions including sales, purchasing and marketing before joining Mckinsey & Co. as consultant in finance and information technology. Anish Rajparia earned a Batchelor of Science in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
