ADP extends ADP Streamline, its offering designed for multinationals, to 45 countries
Specialists in services for Human Resources Management, ADP extends ADP Streamline, its offering designed for small- and medium-sized multinationals, to 45 countries. Now ADP can address the diversity of international markets by offering a single-source solution for payroll and personnel administration.
Rolled out in April 2007 (with pilot clients since 2005) , ADP’s offering ADP Streamline is based on local solutions and partnerships with local experts. It is designed to serve subsidiaries of multinational companies that seek the benefits of a single source for the management of payroll and personnel administration.
ADP is the only service provider that can offer this service to multinationals, whether their subsidiaries’ employees number one or several thousand.
ADP Streamline now covers 12 countries in the Asia-Pacific region (India, China, Japan, Singapore, Australia…) along with the 33 already covered in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
ADP Streamline is based on unique characteristics:
- A total outsourcing solution (Managed Services) ensuring legal compliance worldwide
- A single service contract, the same price per employee and per region
- Access to consolidated information, enabling an HR management model between headquarters and subsidiaries
- A dedicated account manager to manage the relations between a group’s headquarters, its subsidiaries and ADP partners rather than a multi-local management that is difficult to implement and manage from headquarters
- Templated and secure processes with performance indicators for set-up and service
- An offering for the connection of ADP Streamline to its client’s HRIS.
