The Bizz Brand Meter is the result of an extensive image survey which the Bizz magazine held for the first time this year. The survey questioned 756 directors, owners and other decision makers in small to medium sized enterprises. The research was conducted on-line by GFK/Intomart. On top The respondents (final-decision makers and entrepreneurs) were asked to give companies a report mark in the categories of customer oriented, innovation and price/quality. In the sector for HRM software packages, ADP was judged alongside Raet, AFAS, Unit4Agresso, Exact and LogicaCMG. ADP came out on top in all these aspects: 'A result to be proud of', claimed Hein Brockhoff, managing director of ADP Nederland. 'We work hard as a team to provide good products and a high level of service. It is therefore important to be flexible, but also the fact that we are part of a major, international organisation.' Fifth place A ranking was drawn up of all the assessed companies in various sectors. There too ADP did extremely well: In the category of customer oriented, only Hewlett-Packard and DHL were ahead of ADP. In the category of price/quality ratio, Hewlett-Packard was judged to be slightly better. ADP also scores highly in international surveys among the business community. Last October, the editors of Global Finance Magazine awarded ADP the title Best Company in North America in the Diversified Services sector.
