According to the most recent survey "Global BPO Market Forecast: 2005-2009" by Nelson Hall analysts, specialists of the Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) market, in 2004 ADP Employer Services was once a gain the largest provider of BPO-services, world-wide as well as throughout Europe. With a global market share of 15.5 %, ADP has made a significant advance compared with the number 2 in the domain, Fidelity Employer Services Company, which tallied 9.3 % of the total. As for Europe, ADP is the clear winner on this market and boasting a 10.3 % share, with Mercer Human Resource Consulting trailing far behind with 5.9%. The figures refer to ADP's two German businesses divisions - ADP Payroll (payroll processing) and ADP Travel (travel expense processing).
