Neu-Isenburg Companies such as EMC and Heidelberger Lebensversicherung (Heidelberg Life Insurance) have implemented to their complete satisfaction ePayslip, the digital access for employees to their personal payroll processing, which was launched by ADP in July 2006. Furthermore, ADP concluded its first partnership contracts with Business partner Berlin, codia and CRR Datensysteme, with more to be signed shortly. ADP, along with codia, will present the ePayslip solution to some 3000 attendees of the IT trade show KOMCOM Nord which will take place in Hanover in February.
Every year, some 500 million payslips are sent out to employees. With ePayslip, ADP accompanies the changes in the HR services towards electronic procedures which allow the companies to make substantial savings. The digital payroll processing allows companies to be more efficient by suppressing manual paper handling, postal charges and cost for stationary with simultaneously facilitating the employees’ personal filing. For the first time, it has been made possible to integrate ADP Archiv 4all and the electronic payslip in all current payroll products. Implementation of this ADP service is easy and simple to integrate into company-own services and portals. The product can be used independently from the company’s own systems. An essential component of ePayslip is the portal ADP World. Thanks to the integration of ADP Archiv, service customers may access through this portal payroll and other documents filed under ADP Archiv.

With the archiving of personnel files and payroll documents, all relevant information and documents are permanently available and clearly laid out. The integrated scan device allows the digitalization of data and brings enormous saving of space. With the appropriate documentation and digital archiving by means of ADP Archiv, companies considerably reduce processing costs whilst simultaneously enjoying high service quality. Documents can be queried on-line and several users may simultaneously access the data. These solutions considerably relieve the companies’ HR services and allow them to focus on core tasks and enjoy strategic advantages vis-à-vis their competitors.
