Neu-Isenburg- With the new version of PAISYadvanced, ADP Employer Services enhanced its payroll software with ADP Report, the analysis tool, and ePayslip, the digital payroll solution. The new software reads and writes the relevant data directly into, or out of, a relational Oracle database. The user is thus enabled to immediately analyze through ADP Report all information of one or several payroll events. Furthermore, the licensing scheme has been modified; instead of one license fee to be paid on acquisition, the client will from now on pay a monthly user’s fee. ADP PAISYadvanced is available now. When developing this latest version, the company benefited from the security and accuracy of the well-proven payroll system PAISY and its own longtime experience in the payroll domain. The user interface and the browser have been adapted to the familiar ADP layout and offer not only better ergonomics but also more features. Moreover, PAISYadavanced satisfies the SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) criteria. ADP customers may use the results of the analyses with regard to the Internal Control System (IKS)of their activity in Germany either for their own SOX tests or for their annual financial audits. Coverage of all payroll requirements ADP’s payroll system covers all payroll requirements of private companies, public bodies of all activities, labor agreements and company sizes. This allows the processing of any payroll scheme for industrial, commercial and service companies of any sector as well as for public institutions. All labor schemes, already known or envisagable for the future, may be handled in parallel or alternatively within the same or separate payroll subunits. ADP Report The ADP Report module has been integrated as a web-based solution and allows the creation of significant reports for all company business units. Thanks to the database common to ADP Report and PAISYadvanced, it is possible, as an optional feature, to analyze on-line, i.e. without prior ETL (extract, transform, load)of data from personnel master files, payroll accounts and time management. The user can then select if the reports to be created are to be based either on life data or on a reference-date copy. The automatic and time-operated dispatching of reports to authorized employees will optimize processes and ensures a high availability of the reports inside the company in the shortest possible time. EPayslip - the digital payroll The trend towards electronical archiving increasingly brings about the use of digital personnel files. The next logical step is the introduction of ePayslip, the digital payroll which can be accessed rapidly and securely through a web portal. This new solution distinguishes itself by its user-friendly interface, high availability and cost savings through the elimination of printing and postal charges as well as by its high degree of security.
