Data capture offline, logbook and management through Internet reduce administrative work
Neu-Isenburg – On the occasion of “Bremer Forum,” its own, in-house event, ADP presented to its customers the new ADP Travel release with numerous new features that considerably simplify the travel expense management and thus allow a significant reduction in administrative work. With ADP Travel, companies determine travel expenses, taking into account fiscal aspects and individual company guidelines as well as national and international rules. The software speeds the process with employees themselves capturing their trips with superiors and persons in charge of the processing being involved in the workflow.
New features
ADP now offers its customers a simple and easy-to-use interface allowing the off-line capture of their travel details. There is no need to install ADP Travel on users’ PCs. The data captured in the offline mode are automatically replicated at the next log-on to the company’s network. At the same time, it is possible to administrate personal information online through Employee Self Service, which significantly reduces the administrative work.
Likewise, the new “logbook” feature allows the administration of company and personal cars. The logbook can be used either with or without a travel expense statement.
From now on, the enhanced credit card management feature takes into account the routing as well as the destination. This information is now available in the authorization procedure as well as on the travel expense form and in ADP Report.
The ADP solution is internationally oriented and continuously extended. It has recently gone live in the Czech Republic with its first client. ADP Travel is immediately available and exists in three languages.
