Client is King – high satisfaction with ADP is demonstrated

On ADP’s request, the Institute tms connected! carried out a telephone survey related to satisfaction of ADP customers in Germany. Out of 800 customers who participated in the survey, more than 95% certified a high to very high satisfaction with ADP’s service provisions. “This result makes us very happy. It shows that our individual products and services are well received by the customers and that they correspond to their needs,” says Oliver Zoll, ADP Employer Services’ Business Development and Communications manager. “But we shall not stop our efforts at this stage but continue to make our services progress along with the constant evolution of our customers’ requirements.”

Other important results from the survey

The companies that participated in the survey were originated from the three different ADP service levels, namely 350 clients from Application Services (software clients), 350 from Processing Services (hosted clients) and 100 from Managed Services (BPO Business Process Outsourcing). Furthermore, the customers were asked to judge the way their complaints were handled by the different service levels and to appreciate the overall ADP image.

In addition to the high level of customer satisfaction, the survey showed that 86 of the companies interviewed are convinced that ADP’s products and services improve their companies’ efficiency. 90% of the companies judge ADP to be a trustworthy company and 75% consider ADP as a reliable partner. This means that Business Process Outsourcing is able to contribute to a company’s success – provided that it chooses the right service provider. Furthermore, the survey showed potential for improvement of the availability and the response time of the service hotline as well as for the know-how of the hotline employees. This latter result was reason enough for ADP to re-organize the hotline and to assign more employees to it. Moreover, the hotline employees get a better training and ADP increased investments into its internal certification program.
