With the intent to maintain both products and workforce, the union enables ADP to:
- strengthen its position on the SBS market with the nearly 2000 companies using Micromégas solutions,
- broaden its range of services dedicated to specialized sectors whose requirements constitute an entry barrier for generic solutions,
- provide a basis to work with Freelance Certified Public Accountants (Profession Comptable Libérale).

The next step is to develop synergies and a service mix to provide clients with ancillary offerings such as IDR/IFC calculation and hosted solutions.
