Santiago Álvarez de Mon of the IESE will be responsible for opening the forthcoming edition of the Human Capital fair, to be held from 14th to 16th March. De Mon, currently considered one of the leading management experts in Spain, will give an inaugural talk entitled ‘Leadership and Survival: the Keys to Human Resources Management’ on how to confront adversity. The session will also feature one of the 16 survivors of the 1972 Andes air crash Gustavo Zervino, today the head of Cía. Cibeles, S.A., a leading laboratory in specialist pharmaceutical research.
