What makes this operation special is that our HRIS (Z@DIG and ADP [hr]) is going to be deployed in three distinct phases over 18 months for over 3,300 employees.

As of June 2008, time and payroll management processes will be implemented at Aldis (for about 1 650 people). In October 2008, the second phase will see the development of HR processes for Aldis and Prodirest for the management of employee files, performance reviews, jobs and skills and training.
