Neu-Isenburg – With EasyPay, ADP Employer Services offers a service to take over payroll processing that specifically targets medium-sized companies. Thanks to ADP’s EasyPay, companies can free themselves from expensive routine jobs without being obliged to make costly IT investments. This makes organisation structures leaner and individual processes more transparent. Savings compared to internal processing can be as high as 50% and clients are enabled to focus on their core businesses.

To achieve this, ADP provides two service offerings, each characterized by an individual lay-out?: ADP EasyPay Premium Service for the complete outsourcing of payroll processing and ADP EasyPay Standard Service for partial outsourcing. Both packages present a simple cost structure with a monthly flat rate of respectively 9.70 EUR or 3.20 EUR per payslip processed. If required, it is possible to integrate more modules for travel expense processing, electronic payroll and company retirement schemes.

A big advantage: unchanging and variable data of all employees can be taken over. The integration into all current financial accounting and time management systems is possible with the ADP solution guaranteeing deadlines are met and processes are accurate.
